Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer cut into cubes 100 gms

  • mixed boiled vegetables 50% boiled carrot french beans peas cauliflower potatoes 3 cups

  • Onion sliced finely 2 nos

  • chopped tomatoes 4 nos

  • gg paste 1 tbsp

  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp

  • dhania powder 2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • paneer masala 2 tsp

  • pavbhaji masala 1 tsp

  • milk 1 cups

  • fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • ghee or butter 3 tbsp

  • salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • aachari masala 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cut paneer and fry and keep aside

  • 02

    in the same ghee or butter add gg garlic paste fry for few mins

  • 03

    Now add onion and fry till transparent.

  • 04

    add chopped tomatoes add all the dry masalas cook for 6-7 mins on low flame

  • 05

    now add boiled vegetables milk cream paneer cook till vegetables are tender

  • 06

    serve hot garnish with cucumber and tomato slices cut roundels
