Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semolina (suji) 1/2 cup curd 2 tsp finally chopped shimla mirch 2 tsp chopped onion 2 tsp chopped tomatoes 1 green chilly chopped 2 tsp green coriender chopped 1/2 tsp red chilly 6,7 curry leaves (optional) salt as per taste 2 tablespoon oil

    In curd add some water nd make butter milk

  • 02

    Now add Semolina in butter milk mix well make smooth paste

    Cut all vegetables

    Add the vegetable in semolina better

    Mix all spice

    Keep aside the better for 10 min. After 10 min put non stick twa on flame pour some better on twa nd spread it with spoon softly

    once utpam get brown colour then turn it with spectula carefully

    aftr 2 min. when its done then serve hot with corriender chutney
