Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 1/2 cup whipping cream


  • 200g chopped chocolate


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  • In a non stick pan, melt sugar with water until it dissolves and caramelize completely. Switch off
  • Add whipping cream, it will bubble up. Mix well. Return pan to flame
  • Whisk continuously until smooth. Switch off
  • Add salt, Vanilla extract and chopped chocolate. Mix well
  • Pour in bowl. Allow to cool completely. Cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  • Grease palms , take spoonful of mixture. Shape like balls.
  • In a bowl, add cocoa powder or confetti or chocolate shavings or nuts as desired
  • Roll the balls over it and place on serving plate
  • Serve cold
