tomato puree 1 cups
mustard seed 2 tsp
green chillies 3-4 nos
Curry leaves 1 sprig
red chilli powder 2 tsp
haldi 1 tsp
dhania powder 2 tsp
garam masala 2 tsp
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
Coriander 1 sprig
Heat oil in a pan n roast mustard seeds
When they start splittering add green chilliez n curry leaves.
Roast for few secs. Then add tomato puree n dry masalas.
N cook on low flame till u get a nice thick paste of tomatoes n oil seperates.
Now add 2 glasses of water n let it boil
Now break the bread slices into 4 pieces n add to the tomato gravy mix well n cook for few mins.
Cook till the bread absorb all the gravy n get a semi liquid consistency.
If you want make it dry or can have little thick gravy .
