Trim edges of bread and cut into smaller pieces
Blend bread pieces, Milk, milk powder, sugar, powdered nuts and vanilla extract until smooth
Microwave 2 tbsp milk with chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir until lump free
Mix chocolate well with ground mix
Pour in Kulfi moulds or plastic cups
If using plastic cups, wrap with foil. Freeze for 1 hour
Make slits at centre of foil. Insert ice-cream sticks and freeze for 6-7 hours
Cut plastic cups, remove foil and serve cold. If using moulds, place in warm water for 2-3 minutes. Demould and serve
