Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup cooked rice


  • 1 onion ( finely chopped)


  • 1 green chilli(optional)


  • 1 string curry leaves


  • 1tsp mustard seeds


  • 2tsp urad dhal


  • 2tsp chena dhal


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp Pepper powder


  • 1tsp Salt (as required)

Directions

  • Heat a pan add oil mustard seeds,urad dhal and chena dhal. Wait till dhal gets roasted
  • Add onions,green chilli and curry leaves.. saute well
  • Add salt and turmeric powder
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well
  • Finally add pepper powder and corainder leaves..
  • Serve hot
