  • 1cup oats

  • 1chopped tomato

  • 1chopped onion

  • 1cup fresh methi leave

  • 1cup wheat flour

  • 1tsp carrom seeds

  • 1tbsp salt

  • 1tsp turmeric powder

  • 2-3 cheese slices

  • 1tsp ghee

    Take a pan add ghee let it heat add chopped onion saute for 2min.

    Now add tomato n cover with lid for 1min ,add turmeric powder and oats saute it .

    Add salt n water n let it boil for 5-6min in medium flame.

    Now add cheese n serve hot

    Take bowl add wheat flour , chopped methi leaves,carrom seeds n salt mix well.

    Add water n make soft dough rest it for 10min.

    Take small portion from dough n roll like chapati cook with butter from both sides.
