Ingredients

Serves 6

  • curd 1 cups

  • beetroot boiled n grated 2 nos

  • black pepper 1 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • raita masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • roasted jeera 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • coriander n mint to garnish 8-10 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Take a bowl mix all the above ings except beetroot.

    Whisk it well with a hand blender

  • 03

    Now add grated beetroot

  • 04

    Mix well n garnish with mint n coriander.

  • 05

    Keep in fridge for 1 hour n serve chilled.
