Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups curd


  • 2 nos beetroot boiled n grated


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp raita masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp roasted jeera


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 8-10 nos coriander n mint to garnish

Directions

  • Take a bowl mix all the above ings except beetroot.
  • Whisk it well with a hand blender
  • Now add grated beetroot
  • Mix well n garnish with mint n coriander.
  • Keep in fridge for 1 hour n serve chilled.
