In a bowl mix Chickpea flour, turmeric, curd and 1 1/2 cups water
Beat it untill the lumps get removed and it becomes a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a kadhayi, add cumin, mustard seeds, garlic-chilli paste and onions. Saute it till onions get cooked properly.
You can add curry leaves if you wish.
Add red chili powder and the batter.
Add salt and keep stirring it.
The batter becomes thick.
Cook it for 7-8 minutes on high flame and it is ready to serve.
Serve it with Bhakri (Jowar roti, bajra roti or rice roti) with green chutney or thecha and onions with it.
