Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/4 cup ghee for moyan


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • For stuffing.. 1 cup green peas


  • 1/4 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp heeng


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp fennel seed powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala pwd


  • 1/2 dry mango powder


  • For gravy... 1 cup boiled potato


  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwd


  • 1/2 coriander pwd


  • 1/2 tsp sabji masala pwd

Directions

  • Mix ghee and salt in maida and mix it evenly
  • Add water and make a soft dough.. Keep it covered for 10 minutes
  • Heat oil in a wok and add jeera and heeng than add all the masala and fry it for a while
  • Than add green peas and salt and cook it covered
  • As peas cooked mash it and let it cool down
  • Take a pinch of dough and flatten it and fill with masala peas and seal it
  • Make all the Khasta like this
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all Khasta on low medium flame
  • Enjoy it with masala potato gravy
  • For potato curry.. Heat oil in a wok and add jeera as it sputter add coriander powder, red chilly pwd, haldi pwd and garam masala
  • Add potato and salt
  • Cook it covet
