Mix ghee and salt in maida and mix it evenly
Add water and make a soft dough.. Keep it covered for 10 minutes
Heat oil in a wok and add jeera and heeng than add all the masala and fry it for a while
Than add green peas and salt and cook it covered
As peas cooked mash it and let it cool down
Take a pinch of dough and flatten it and fill with masala peas and seal it

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all Khasta on low medium flame

For potato curry.. Heat oil in a wok and add jeera as it sputter add coriander powder, red chilly pwd, haldi pwd and garam masala
