Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Paneer 1 inch each..(i dont fry if u want u can fry ) 1 cups

  • Garlic, green chillies n ginger(chopped ) 1/4 cups

  • Onion large cut long(not thin) 1 nos

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Cream 1 cups

  • Tomato sauce 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Paneer masala 1 tsp

  • Tomatoes chopped 2 nos

  • Jeera n hing 1/4 tsp

  • Butter ( just fr flavour) (after adding cream) 1/2 tsp

  • For garnishing :Coriander leaves chopped 1 sprig

  • Cream 1 tsp

Directions

    In a pan take ghee

    Thn jeera n hing

    Thn add garlic n all

    Sauté fr a min.

    Add onion Sauté fr 2 mins

    Add all spices

    Thn tomatoes

    Sauté fr 3-4 mins more

    Thn add milk

    Let milk to b soaked a bit

    After this flame should be low

    Thn add cream stir fr 2-3 mins

    Now add butter

    frm slow hands stir all gravy for a minute...i Than add paneer cubes

    Mix slowly slowly

    N garnish with coriander leaves n cream.
