Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 cups paneer 1 inch each..(i dont fry if u want u can fry )


  • 1/4 cups garlic, green chillies n ginger(chopped )


  • 1 nos onion large cut long(not thin)


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 cups cream


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 2 nos tomatoes chopped


  • 1/4 tsp jeera n hing


  • 1/2 tsp butter ( just fr flavour) (after adding cream)


  • 1 sprig for garnishing :coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp cream

Directions

  • In a pan take ghee
  • Thn jeera n hing
  • Thn add garlic n all
  • Sauté fr a min.
  • Add onion Sauté fr 2 mins
  • Add all spices
  • Thn tomatoes
  • Sauté fr 3-4 mins more
  • Thn add milk
  • Let milk to b soaked a bit
  • After this flame should be low
  • Thn add cream stir fr 2-3 mins
  • Now add butter
  • frm slow hands stir all gravy for a minute...i Than add paneer cubes
  • Mix slowly slowly
  • N garnish with coriander leaves n cream.
  • Enjyyy .... Wid ur fav parantha or roti..
