Ingredients

Serves 4

  • cooked.plain white rice 1 cups

  • spring onion 1 cups

  • coriander 1/2 cups

  • besan 3/4 cups

  • gg paste 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • pavbhaji masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Cubes cheese grated 2 nos

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    Grind rice spring onion andcoriander in a mixer .

  • 02

    Now add all the above ings.. to the rice mixture and mix well.

  • 03

    Make small balls and deep fry.

  • 04

    Serve with chutney or sauce.
