Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups cooked.plain white rice


  • 1 cups spring onion


  • 1/2 cups coriander


  • 3/4 cups besan


  • 1 tbsp gg paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp pavbhaji masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 nos cubes cheese grated


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Grind rice spring onion andcoriander in a mixer .
  • Now add all the above ings.. to the rice mixture and mix well.
  • Make small balls and deep fry.
  • Serve with chutney or sauce.
