Cut all the veges n keep aside.
heat oil in a pan add onion n saute till transparent
add all the veges n mix well .
add the dry masalas n cook for few mins... now put tomatoes n tofu paneer n cook on low flame till all veges r tender .n there is no gravy it shud be dry .
enjy eating with nan or paratha Note u can even use this platter as pizza toppings jst mix white sauce 1/2 cup .
