Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms paneer cut in triangle or square shape. thick


  • 100 gms cream


  • 2 nos large onion finely chopped


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp gg paste


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp elaichi pow


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 tbsp butter or pure ghee


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 tbsp green masala ƒoŗ ƒįllįŋg įŋ pāŋęęŗ


  • 1/4 cups grated cheese or paneer for garnishing


  • 4-5 nos fried capsicum pieces


  • 1/4 cups to make geen masala : coriander


  • 3-4 nos green chillies


  • 8-10 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 nos onion

Directions

  • Heat butter and fry green chillies and gg paste..saute onion till pale pink.add dry spices cream tomato puree salt elaichi powder
  • cook till oil seperates .
  • now take paneer pieces give a slit in between and fill green masala and add in the gravy .
  • cook for 5 mins off the plate and garnish .
