Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer cut in triangle or square shape. thick 250 gms

  • cream 100 gms

  • large onion finely chopped 2 nos

  • tomato puree 1 cups

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • paneer masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • gg paste 1 tsp

  • black pepper 1 tsp

  • elaichi pow 1/2 tsp

  • salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • butter or pure ghee 1 tbsp

  • bay leaf 1 nos

  • green masala ƒoŗ ƒįllįŋg įŋ pāŋęęŗ 2 tbsp

  • grated cheese or paneer for garnishing 1/4 cups

  • fried capsicum pieces 4-5 nos

  • to make geen masala : coriander 1/4 cups

  • green chillies 3-4 nos

  • garlic cloves 8-10 nos

  • onion 1 nos

Directions

    Heat butter and fry green chillies and gg paste..saute onion till pale pink.add dry spices cream tomato puree salt elaichi powder

    cook till oil seperates .

  • 03

    now take paneer pieces give a slit in between and fill green masala and add in the gravy .

  • 04

    cook for 5 mins off the plate and garnish .
