poha soaked & drained for 1/2 hour 1 cups
potatoes boiled & mashed 4-5 nos
bread crumps 1 1/2 cups
red chilli powder 1 tsp
chat masala 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
lįmę jųįçę 2 tbsp
amchur pow 1 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
salt as per taste 1 pinch
green masala 1 tsp
ing for green masala : coriander 1 cups
onion 1 nos
green chilli 5-6 nos
garlic flakes grind them coarsely ( dont make very thin paste & dont add water) 7-8 nos
cornflakes crush 1/2 cups
Take poha add salt red chilli powder amchur powder chaat masala garam masala lime juice and mix it with green masala.
now take potatoes mix bread crumps salt 1 tsp red chilli pow and make a dough.
make small lime shape balls potatoes.
Take 1 ball flaten it with ur palm n put the filling of poha and roll to the desired shape.
dip in cornflakes crust and deep fry on medium flame till golen brown Enjoy hot with tomato sauce as your evening snacks.
