Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups poha soaked & drained for 1/2 hour


  • 4-5 nos potatoes boiled & mashed


  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumps


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp lįmę jųįçę


  • 1 tsp amchur pow


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 tsp green masala


  • 1 cups ing for green masala : coriander


  • 1 nos onion


  • 5-6 nos green chilli


  • 7-8 nos garlic flakes grind them coarsely ( dont make very thin paste & dont add water)


  • 1/2 cups cornflakes crush

Directions

  • Take poha add salt red chilli powder amchur powder chaat masala garam masala lime juice and mix it with green masala.
  • now take potatoes mix bread crumps salt 1 tsp red chilli pow and make a dough.
  • make small lime shape balls potatoes.
  • Take 1 ball flaten it with ur palm n put the filling of poha and roll to the desired shape.
  • dip in cornflakes crust and deep fry on medium flame till golen brown Enjoy hot with tomato sauce as your evening snacks.
