Ingredients

Serves 6

  • poha soaked & drained for 1/2 hour 1 cups

  • potatoes boiled & mashed 4-5 nos

  • bread crumps 1 1/2 cups

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • lįmę jųįçę 2 tbsp

  • amchur pow 1 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • green masala 1 tsp

  • ing for green masala : coriander 1 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • green chilli 5-6 nos

  • garlic flakes grind them coarsely ( dont make very thin paste & dont add water) 7-8 nos

  • cornflakes crush 1/2 cups

Directions

    Take poha add salt red chilli powder amchur powder chaat masala garam masala lime juice and mix it with green masala.

    now take potatoes mix bread crumps salt 1 tsp red chilli pow and make a dough.

    make small lime shape balls potatoes.

  • 04

    Take 1 ball flaten it with ur palm n put the filling of poha and roll to the desired shape.

    dip in cornflakes crust and deep fry on medium flame till golen brown Enjoy hot with tomato sauce as your evening snacks.
