1 potato boiled
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 cup roasted peanut
4 curry leaves
2 cup sago soaked overnight
1 .5 tsp salt
1 green chilly
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves,boiled potatoes.Add salt, red chilly powder and mix it well.
Coarsely grind roasted peanuts and mix it with the sago.
Transfer this mixture into the potatoes and mix gently. Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes.
drizzle lemon juice and mix well.Serve hot with lemon wegdes.
