Ingredients

  • Hilsha fish 2 pieces


  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp paste


  • Poppy seeds 2 tsp paste


  • Lomon juice 1 tsp


  • Lemon leaves 2


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Oil 4/5tsp


  • Green chilies 5/6


  • Curd 3tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  • Banana leaves 3/4 pieces


  • Ghee 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl add fish and all ingredients except leaves,ghee.
  • Keep it for 1 hour
  • take banana leave grease it with ghee ,marinated fish ,keep on the top of the fish lemon leave
  • Now cover it with banana leave well.
  • Do these way other fish also .
  • Keep it microbowl .
  • Keep in a micro wave for 180℃ for 17 minutes
  • Remove it .
