Ingredients

  • Hilsha fish 2 pieces

  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp paste

  • Poppy seeds 2 tsp paste

  • Lomon juice 1 tsp

  • Lemon leaves 2

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Oil 4/5tsp

  • Green chilies 5/6

  • Curd 3tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Banana leaves 3/4 pieces

  • Ghee 1tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add fish and all ingredients except leaves,ghee.

    Keep it for 1 hour

  • 03

    take banana leave grease it with ghee ,marinated fish ,keep on the top of the fish lemon leave

    Now cover it with banana leave well.

    Do these way other fish also .

    Keep it microbowl .

  • 07

    Keep in a micro wave for 180℃ for 17 minutes

  • 08

    Remove it .
