  • Wheat flour 2 cups

  • 1 handful oats

  • 1 handful ragi flour

  • Water 2 make batter


  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add water to make a thick flowing batter, add salt

  • 02

    Heat a griddle, grease it with little oil and wipe it off with a tissue.

  • 03

    Take a deep spoon full of batter and spread it on the griddle

  • 04

    Sprinkle few drops of oil and the turn the dosa to the other side. Cook 1 minute or less on each side.
