For Paratha mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough by using water
Heat tava and apply oil on it
Take a portion of the dough and roll it in roti little thicker than normal roti
Put this paratha on tava and roast it from both sides
For rice... Heat ghee in a cooker add jeera as it sputter add haldi powder, red chilli pwd and garam masala and soya chunks
Add rice and 2 cup water and salt and pressure cook for one whistle
For potato curry.... Heat oil in a wok and add jeera as it sputter add ginger and green chilly paste
Add haldi powder, red chilly pwd, grinded tomato and cook
Add peas and potato, salt, garam masala and water and cook it covered
