Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • For mix Veg Paratha.....1 cup whole wheat flour .


  • 1/2 cup makki ka atta


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 1 cup grated carrot, beetroot, cabbage and radish


  • 1/2 chopped palak


  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander


  • 5-6 finely chopped chilly


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • For Soyabean pulao..... 1 cup basmati rice washed and soaked


  • 1/2 cup soya chunks soaked


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 bay leaf


  • 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli pwd


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • For masaledar aloo..... 1 cup chopped potato


  • 1/2 cup green peas


  • 2 tomato grinded


  • 1 tsp ginger and chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander


  • For buttermilk.... 1 cup curd


  • 1 lit water


  • 1/2 jeera powder


  • 1/2 black salt

Directions

  • For Paratha mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough by using water
  • Heat tava and apply oil on it
  • Take a portion of the dough and roll it in roti little thicker than normal roti
  • Put this paratha on tava and roast it from both sides
  • For rice... Heat ghee in a cooker add jeera as it sputter add haldi powder, red chilli pwd and garam masala and soya chunks
  • Add rice and 2 cup water and salt and pressure cook for one whistle
  • For potato curry.... Heat oil in a wok and add jeera as it sputter add ginger and green chilly paste
  • Add haldi powder, red chilly pwd, grinded tomato and cook
  • Add peas and potato, salt, garam masala and water and cook it covered
