In a blender add oats and grind it into fine powder. Like flour.
In a pan boil water, add all the ingredients except oil. Also add flour. Remove it from the flame.
Quickly mix everything together and cover it with lid and allow it to rest for about 5-6 minutes.
After that knead the dough apply little oil to it.
Make small balls roll it like paratha or thalipeeth
Heat a pan and grill these oats paratha from both the sides.
To keep it healthier, do not add oil. It will taste good even without oil.
If you feel the paratha is little dry in texture then apply few drops of olive oil.
Healthy and tasty Parathas are ready to serve. These are perfect for lunch or dinner.
You can make these and keep it for 4-5 days.
Serve it with chutney, ketchup, pickle or curd.
