Soak moong dal for 1 hour.
Now in a blender, add everything including soaked dal and blend it into a smooth paste.
Now add fruit salt at last give a mix.
Heat a pan add very little olive oil and pour a little batter and spread it like dosa.
Pour few drops of oil of required. Grill it from both the sides
