Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Dal


  • 3 tablespoon Oats


  • 2 green chili


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon Cumin


  • 1/2 teaspoon Fruit salt


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 2 Garlic cloves

Directions

  • Soak moong dal for 1 hour.
  • Now in a blender, add everything including soaked dal and blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Now add fruit salt at last give a mix.
  • Heat a pan add very little olive oil and pour a little batter and spread it like dosa.
  • Pour few drops of oil of required. Grill it from both the sides
  • Serve it with Curd or Chutney. It is perfect for lunch or dinner low-calorie diet recipe. Good for weight loss and easy to make.
