Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Dal

  • 3 tablespoon Oats

  • 2 green chili

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon Fruit salt

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 2 Garlic cloves

Directions

    Soak moong dal for 1 hour.

  • 02

    Now in a blender, add everything including soaked dal and blend it into a smooth paste.

    Now add fruit salt at last give a mix.

  • 04

    Heat a pan add very little olive oil and pour a little batter and spread it like dosa.

    Pour few drops of oil of required. Grill it from both the sides

    Serve it with Curd or Chutney. It is perfect for lunch or dinner low-calorie diet recipe. Good for weight loss and easy to make.
