In a pan pour 5-6 cups water. Add little salt and 1 tbsp oil.
Boil the pasta until almost done keeping it Al-dente.
Drain the water and again mix little oil to keep the pasta from sticking together.
To make the pesto sauce grind together the walnuts, vinegar, garlic, cheese adding little by little oil in between.
Now in a pan heat the remaining oil and pour the pesto sauce. Sauté for half a minute and tip in the pasta.
Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
