Boil soya chunks for 10 minutes , wash under cold water, squeeze and keep aside.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chopped garlic, green chilly.
On a high flame add capsicum, onion , carrots and the sauces and vinegar.
Sprinkle dome corn flour and add some salt and water.
When the gravy becomes thick toss in soya chunks and stir fry for 5 minutes.
