Crush red chillies and garlic in a mortar pestle.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Take the chilly mixture and add it into the pan. Wait till the raw smell goes away
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt.
Cook it on medium flame . When the water dries up add jaggery and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped garlic leaves and serve hot.
