Whisk maida, salt, some soya sauce. Add some water and mix well.
Dip baby corn in the batter and deep fry.
In a pan take some oil and on high flame add capsicum, onion, green chilly, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and saute for a minute.
Add some salt and transfer fried babycorn into it.
Stir fry for a minute and serve hot.
