Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos green capsicum thinly sliced


  • 1 nos red bell pepper thinly sliced


  • 1 nos yellow bell pepper thinly sliced


  • 2 nos jalapeños chopped


  • 1 nos fresh red paprika chopped in slices


  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese /paneer cut into small cubes


  • 1 nos small onion thinly sliced


  • 2 tbsp cabbage chopped


  • 1 tbsp carrot chopped and blanched


  • 1 tbsp boiled peas


  • 1 tbsp boiled sweet corns


  • 1 tsp white vinegar or fresh lemon juice


  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Transfer sliced bell peppers to a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients except lemon juice and stir well.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes
  • Take out and let it cool
  • Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.
