Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • For chocolate Ganache...... 1 cup cream


  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate


  • For sponge cake... 11/2 cup maida


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 4-5 drops vanilla essence

Directions

  • For cake mix all dry ingredients
  • Mix sugar and curd till sugar dissolve
  • Add dry ingredients in it and mix it
  • Add vanilla essence
  • Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes
  • For Ganache heat cream in a pan till warm
  • Take chopped chocolate in a bowl and add warm cream in it and keep aside for 2 minutes
  • Mix it nicely till it is blended
  • Demould the cake and pour chocolate Ganache on it
  • Pour it on the center of cake
