Ingredients

Serves 2

  • red kashmiri rajma 400 gms

  • onions 2 nos

  • tomatoes 4 nos

  • ginger 2 inch

  • garlic cloves 4-5 nos

  • dry red chillies 2 nos

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • asoefodia 1 pinch

  • saunf powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Red pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Everest rajma masala 2 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • curd 4 tbsp

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Directions

    Soak rajma grains atleast for 6 hours

  • 02

    Boil adding salt till soft

  • 03

    In a pan heat ghee, Add cumin seeds and dry chillies

  • 04

    Add chopped onions ,ginger and garlic cloves, Roast well till golden

  • 05

    Now add finely chopped tomatoes ,Add all the spices

  • 06

    Add beaten curd ,Now add this masala mixture in boiled rajma

  • 07

    Cook for 10 minutes at sim heat

  • 08

    Serve hot with chapati or rice
