Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 400 gms red kashmiri rajma


  • 2 nos onions


  • 4 nos tomatoes


  • 2 inch ginger


  • 4-5 nos garlic cloves


  • 2 nos dry red chillies


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch asoefodia


  • 1 tsp saunf powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp red pepper powder


  • 2 tsp everest rajma masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 4 tbsp curd


  • 2 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Soak rajma grains atleast for 6 hours
  • Boil adding salt till soft
  • In a pan heat ghee, Add cumin seeds and dry chillies
  • Add chopped onions ,ginger and garlic cloves, Roast well till golden
  • Now add finely chopped tomatoes ,Add all the spices
  • Add beaten curd ,Now add this masala mixture in boiled rajma
  • Cook for 10 minutes at sim heat
  • Serve hot with chapati or rice
