Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Basmati rice 250gms


  • Beans, Carrot, peas 1/2cup together


  • Ginger Garlic paste 2tsp


  • Oil 3tbsp


  • Salt 11/2tsp approx


  • Malvani masala 2tsp


  • Jeera 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1tsp

Directions

  • Wash the rice and soak for 15mins
  • Heat oil in wok.Add jeera,chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute it for 5mins.Add garam masala,salt ,malvani masla and stir fry.
  • Add all vegs and fry further.
  • Add soaked rice and mix.Stir it 2mins.Add 2cups water and let it boil.
  • Once water starts boiling lut gas on medium heat.Cover with lid and lower gas further.
  • Water will start evaporating.If rice is done then it's ok.Or else sprinkle some water on rice.
  • Keep for 10mins once water is dry and turn off the gas.
