Wash palak properly and grind it to a smooth paste
To flour add palak puree and salt and knead a soft dough
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera as it sputter add chopped onion and fry till light brown
Add haldi powder, chilly pwd and dhania powder and saute it
Add green chilly and potato and salt to taste cover it and let it cook
Add corn and capsicum and cook for a minute
At last add garam masala, chaat masala and chopped coriander and fry
Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it in a thin roti and cook on tava
When golden spot appears flip it and cook on other side also
Put the roti on plate and spread sauce and Chutney evenly
On one corner put spoonful of cooked sabzi and grated paneer on it
Roll it tightly and seal with toothpick
Heat griddle grease it with butter and fry it golden brown
Cut in half and enjoy the meal with sauce or chutney
