Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes
Make brown onion by frying sliced onion in ghee till golden brown
Heat ghee in a wok and black pepper, cardamom, laung and bay leaf
Stir it for a while
Add fennel seeds and nuts don't add raisin at this stage
Let the kaju turns brown than add sliced onion and green chilly and stir it till onion changes to golden brown
Now add raisin and cook for a while
Add haldi powder and red chilly powder and mix it
Add chopped apple and salt
By adding salt moisture releases let it cook for a min
Than add rice and mix it
Add water and cover it to cook
When 3/4 done than add brown onions and mix it
Cover it and let it cook
Green Apple Pulao is ready to serve
