Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup maida

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 2 onion chopped

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 5 tomato blanched and pureed

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 packet maggi masala(masala - e-magic)

  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce

Directions

    Mix both flour and add 1/4 tsp salt and knead a soft dough

  • 02

    Divide the dough into three portion

  • 03

    Take one portion and roll it in a thin roti

  • 04

    Dust the roti with flour and fold it just like fan

  • 05

    Cut it into thin slices spread more flour over it and open the slices in length wise

    Heat water in big vessel and put one spoon oil in it when water starts boiling add noodles in it

    As the cooked comes up and seems shiny and translucent

    Strain water and drizzle oil on it so that they don't stick to each other

    Heat oil in a wok and add onion as it turns translucent add capsicum

    Add tomato puree and cook

  • 11

    Add chilly sauce and noodles in it and adjust salt

    Add both masala packet in it and mix it
