Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 Apple


  • 100 gram white choclate


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1 tbsp water


  • 2 drops Red colour


  • 2 stick of mint leaf

Directions

  • Take apples and cut from downside to make flat so apple can stand straight
  • Chop choclate and melt it on double boiler
  • Stir continuously
  • When it melt pour it on apple with spactula
  • Let it set for 20 min.
  • Then coat it second time and let it set
  • Add sugar in water and caramlize it
  • Add red colour and let it cool
  • Then pour it on apple from center in all directions
  • Put mint leaf stick in lolipop stick
  • And insert it in apple
  • Our candy apple is ready
