Take apples and cut from downside to make flat so apple can stand straight
Chop choclate and melt it on double boiler
Stir continuously
When it melt pour it on apple with spactula
Let it set for 20 min.
Then coat it second time and let it set
Add sugar in water and caramlize it
Add red colour and let it cool
Then pour it on apple from center in all directions
Put mint leaf stick in lolipop stick
And insert it in apple
