Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Soaked Basmati Rice- 1.5 cup


  • Ginger-Garlic-Onion paste- 1.5 cup


  • Boiled (half) veggies - 1 carrot, 10 pc french beans


  • Blanched green peas- 1 cup


  • Boiled ( half ) Potato- 2 pc


  • Salt- 2teaspoon


  • Sugar- 2 teaspoon


  • Biryani Masala- 2tablespoon


  • Boiled n Fried Eggs- 2 pc


  • Whole garam masala - 1 teaspoon


  • Sahi Garam Masala Powder - 1teaspoon


  • Ghee- 1.5 cup


  • Cashew-Kishmish - 1.5 cup


  • Rose water- 1teaspoon

Directions

  • In a kadhai add ghee .. heat it and add slit whole garam masala
  • Add Ginger-Garlic-Onion paste.. and fry till raw smell has gone..
  • Add drained basmati rice
  • Fry them
  • Add half boiled veggies
  • Add salt, biryani masala
  • Mix them well gently
  • Add cashew-kishmish
  • Add 2.5 cup water
  • Bring them to a boil..
  • Then low the heat and cover
  • Cook until rice become 90% done
  • Add fried eggs, potatoes, garam masala and sugar..
  • Mix them gently
  • Add few drops of rose water
  • Cover, turn off the heat
  • After 10-15 mins , uncover the lid
  • Serve hot with raita and salad..
