Ingredients

Serves 4

  • for the dough : maida 1 cups

  • wheat flour 2 cups

  • besan 3 tbsp

  • oil 4 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • For the filling : potatoes boiled mashed 250 gms

  • papad deep fry in very hot oil. 5-6 nos

  • grated cheese 1 cups

  • Coriander 1 sprig

  • green chillies finely chopped 3-4 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • amchur powder. 2 tsp

  • garam masala 2 tsp

  • chat masala 2 tsp

  • Salt as per taste. 1 pinch

    For the dough : Mix all the above ings and knead a dough using water.

    Mix all the above ings and knead a dough using water.

    Till then prepare the filling

    For the filling :Crush the papad with your hand .& mix with all the above ings.

    Now ll prepare the paratha.

    Make small balls from the dough.

    Take 1 ball n roll it in puri shape ..grease the puri with oil or butter.. put the filling n fold it from all sidez and start rolling again ..

    Heat a pan put sum oil on it .

  • 09

    Now put the paratha n roast it nicely on both the sides.

    Toss sum butter on it and serve hot with curd.
