Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for the dough : maida


  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 3 tbsp besan


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 250 gms for the filling : potatoes boiled mashed


  • 5-6 nos papad deep fry in very hot oil.


  • 1 cups grated cheese


  • 1 sprig coriander


  • 3-4 nos green chillies finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp amchur powder.


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp chat masala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste.

Directions

  • For the dough : Mix all the above ings and knead a dough using water.

  • Till then prepare the filling
  • For the filling :Crush the papad with your hand .& mix with all the above ings.
  • Now ll prepare the paratha.
  • Make small balls from the dough.
  • Take 1 ball n roll it in puri shape ..grease the puri with oil or butter.. put the filling n fold it from all sidez and start rolling again ..
  • Heat a pan put sum oil on it .
  • Now put the paratha n roast it nicely on both the sides.
  • Toss sum butter on it and serve hot with curd.
