Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer 250 gms

  • cottage cheese (made from 1ltr milk) 2 cups

  • oinion 2 nos

  • tomatoes 3 nos

  • peanuts 1/4 cups

  • ginger garic n greenchilli paste 1 tbsp

  • fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • dhania powder 1 tsp

  • haldi 1/2 tsp

  • paneer masala 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Coriander for garnishing 1 sprig

Directions

    Heat oil add gg paste n saute till color changes.

    Now put onion cut long big pieces n peanut saute till transparent.

  • 03

    Add the tomatoes cut into four pieces n cook till they are tender.

    Off the flame n let it cool.

    Now put the mixture in a jar n grind it.

    Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the same pan.

  • 07

    Add the paste n all the dry masalas n cook on low flame.keep stirring to avoid sticking at the base.

    Wen oil seperates add cream mix well .add cottage cheese mix well n cook for few mins. Now add the paneer cut into cubes .add 1 cup water n cook on low flame for 5 mins.Garnish with coriander.

    N serve with hot chappaties.
