Grapes 2 cups
Sugar 1 cups
For masala:Methi 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds 2 tsp
Saunf 2 tsp
Kala Jeera 1 tsp
Zeera 1 tsp
Achari masala 1 tbsp
Dry roast all the Ingredients under "For Masala" and make coarse powder and keep aside.
In a pan add grapes 2 cups and 1 cup of sugar and cook it till sugar melts completely and changes colour.
cook it for approximately 2-3 mins.
now add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and the powder that u have made.
add achari masala 1 tablespoon and mix everything well and switch off the gas
store it when cooled...u can store it for 8-10 days
