Ingredients

Serves 4

  • beetroot boil & grate 3 nos

  • potates boil n grate 3 nos

  • poha wash n drain the excess water. 1 cups

  • slices of bread churned 4 nos

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • amchur powder 2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • sabzi masala 2 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • pab bhaji masala 1 tsp

  • chaat masala. 2 tsp

Directions

    Mix all the above ings and make a dough.

    Now make small balls from it.

  • 03

    Flaten it with the help of ur palm.

  • 04

    Now with the help of a finger slowly try to make a hole in the center.

  • 05

    See that ur side dont break.

  • 06

    Deep fry on medium flame.

  • 07

    Serve hot with ur choice of sauce or chutney.
