Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 gms paneer(cut into square pieces)


  • 1 tbsp hung curd(curd tied in a cloth for half an hour so that all water will be drained out)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp mint leaves


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 4 nos garlic cloves

Directions

  • Make a paste using mint leaves,coriander leaves,green chilli and garlic
  • Add this paste,hung curd,salt,Chaat masala,tandoori masala and oil together
  • Add paneer pieces and coat well with the marinade
  • Now grill it or just cook in a non stick pan for 5 mins till both sides r cooked..
  • Serve hot
