Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp mint chutney


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 2 nos tomato ,made to paste


  • 6 nos cashew


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds


  • 1 tsp magaz dana


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 4 nos clove


  • 1 tsp zeera powder


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 250 gms minty sandwich paneer

Directions

  • First make 1 inch square thin slices of paneer..
  • Take a piece and spread some mint chutney and place another paneer slice.
  • heat a tawa .. Put some oil.
  • dip the paneer in thin cornflour paste and place some oregano and chilli flakes on the top...shallow fry the paneer ...
  • Heat oil in a pan...add whole garam masalas for 30 seconds...add ginger garlic paste and sauté..
  • add onion paste and cook till oil separates..add tomato paste,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,zeera powder,dhania powder and paneer masala and cook well till oil separates...
  • Make a paste using cashew,magaz and poppy seeds.
  • mix this paste to the masalas and cook again for 1-2 min..add water for consistency..
  • Add sugar ,kasuri methi... Add the paneer pieces..
  • Serve hot with roti or paratha
