First make 1 inch square thin slices of paneer..
Take a piece and spread some mint chutney and place another paneer slice.
heat a tawa .. Put some oil.
dip the paneer in thin cornflour paste and place some oregano and chilli flakes on the top...shallow fry the paneer ...
Heat oil in a pan...add whole garam masalas for 30 seconds...add ginger garlic paste and sauté..
add onion paste and cook till oil separates..add tomato paste,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,zeera powder,dhania powder and paneer masala and cook well till oil separates...
Make a paste using cashew,magaz and poppy seeds.
mix this paste to the masalas and cook again for 1-2 min..add water for consistency..
Add sugar ,kasuri methi... Add the paneer pieces..
Serve hot with roti or paratha
