Ingredients

  • 250 gram methi


  • 2 bringal cut into wedges


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chilly.
  • Add brinjal , salt, haildi and cover for a minute .Roughly cut/break methi leaves by hand and keep aside.
  • When brinjal turns tender add methi and cook on medium flame.
  • Trasnfer in a serving bowl and serve hot.
