For pakwan :Mix all the ings make a hard dough by using water.
Note , Use water little little in turns.
Cover the dough n let it rest for 1/2 hour
Now make small lemon size balls n roll them thin puri size n deep fry on medium flame.
Wen cooled u can preserve th in a air tight container for 8_10 days.
For dal :Heat oil in a cooker.
N saute onion till transparent.
Add all the dry masalasm stir well m cook for few mins.
Now add the dal mix well n cook till it starts leaving oil.
Put 1 glass of water n gv 1 whistle.
ur dal is rdy now
Put in a serving bowl n gv tadka of jeera
Garnish with coriander.
While servng put sum chopped onion tamarind pulp nylon sev.
Enjoy with ur yummiii pakwan.
Note u can even serve this dish dalpakwan as chaat ...
