4 sponge gourd chopped
1/2 cup chana dal (soaked for 1 hour)
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp mustard seeds
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves. Let it burn a little and add mustard seeds.
Add chopped sponge gourd, chana dal,salt, haldi and red chilly powder. Mix it well and cover for 10 minutes.
