Ingredients

  • 4 sponge gourd chopped


  • 1/2 cup chana dal (soaked for 1 hour)


  • 4 garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves. Let it burn a little and add mustard seeds.
  • Add chopped sponge gourd, chana dal,salt, haldi and red chilly powder. Mix it well and cover for 10 minutes.
