Mix water and besan and make a thick batter of dropping consistency
Whisk it continuously in one direction
Check the batter whether it is perfect for soft pakora for this in one katoori water drop one pakora of batter if it float above this mean batter is pefect
Heat oil in a wok and make pakora
Soak the pakora in one liter water put pinch of salt also in watet
For curry heat ghee in a wok and add jeera, mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing, and let it sputter
Add curry leaf and chopped green chilly
Mix besan, curd, red chilly pwd and water and pour this batter in the wok and let it boil
Whisk it continuously add pakora along with water
Add salt and adjust the consistency
Let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes
Garnish it with coriander
