Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp jeera

  • 2 bay leaf

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 2 cup water

  • 1 cup paneer cubes

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 packet paneer Tikka masala

  • 2 tomato pureed

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1/2 tsp butter or cream for garnishing

  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander

Directions

    Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera as it sputter add bay leaf and stir for a while

  • 02

    Than add green peas and garam masala and mix it

  • 03

    Wash and soak rice for atleast 10 minutes than add rice in the cooker

  • 04

    Add water and salt and pressure cook for one whistle

  • 05

    Let pressure escape than open it and garnish it with coriander

  • 06

    For paneer tikka heat oil in a wok and add tomato puree and cook till oil separate

  • 07

    Mix whole packet of masala in milk and make a paste

  • 08

    Add this paste in the wok and cook along with tomato

  • 09

    Than add water and paneer cubes and cook for a minute

  • 10

    Paneer Tikka is just ready to serve along with pulao
