Ings for The dough: maide 2 cups
suji 2 tbsp
wheatflour 2 tbsp
jeera 1 tsp
ajjwain 1 tsp
oil for moun 3 tbsp
Salt the taste. 1 pinch
Ings for The filling: veg soya kheema (granules) 1 cups
big size onion 1 nos
ref chilli powder 2 tsp
amchur powder 2 tsp
garam masala 2 tsp
sabzi masala 2 tsp
chat masala 2 tsp
coriander. 2 tbsp
cunim seeds 2 tsp
oil 2 tsp
Firstly boil the soya kheema in enough water for atleast 15_20 mins.
Now strain it in a strainer and rinse it with cold water directly under thectap and leave it in a strainer to remove the excess water .
Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds when they start spluttering add onion and saute it nicely.
Now add all the spices stir well.
Now add the soya kheema graules mix it well and cook on low flame till all the water is absorbed.
The mixture should be quite dry.
Off the flame add the coriander leaves mix well and let it cool
Make small lemon size balls from the dough and roll it.
For folding go through the collage pic.
Prepare all the samosas and keep them.in a damp cloth.
Once you finish making all the samosas heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on
medium flame till golden brown in colour and crispy
Enjoy your yummiiii hot samosas with green chutney as evening snacks
