DESI SPHAGHETTI in Paneer Masala

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos wholewheat sphagetti pack


  • 4 nos large onions finely chopped


  • 2 nos tomato blanced and pureed


  • 7 nos garlic finely chopped


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1/2 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1 pinch garam masala


  • 1 nos amul cheese cube


  • 2 tsp mint leaves to garnish

Directions

  • Add some salt and 1 tsp oil in water and bring it to boil. Add spaghetti in it and cook it till Al dante.
  • Drain and transfer in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil to prevent stickiness.
  • In a wok take some oil and add garlic. When it turns brown add onions and wait till it turns translucent.
  • Add salt and tomato puree and wait till oil separates.
  • Add herbs, chilli flakes and mix well. Take milk and mix paneer masala into it. Stir well and add it into the mixture.
  • Now grate some cheese and add it to the pan and mix well until you get a nice thick mixture.
  • Add spaghetti and toss it gently. Add mint leaves, herbs and a pinch of garam masala. Serve hot.
