grind dal along with cumin seeds n green chilli ādd şālţ ŋ gŗęęşę ţђę, āppę pāŋ pųţ ţђę bāţţęŗvi all cavities cover n put on low flame turn the side after 4-5 mins wen done put them in water for 10 mins n remove n squeeze them slightly .
take a big flat bowl put all the wadas line wise beat curd with a spoon add 1 tsb salt and spread over the wadas nw sprinkle all the dry masalas one by one and then spread sweet tamarind pulp all over n garnish with coriander .
u can serve chilled also.
