capsicum 4-5 nos
boiled mashed potatoes 2-3 nos
Coriander 1 sprig
red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
chat masala. 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Take a mixing bowl put the mashec potatotoes.
Now add coriander red chilli amchur and chatmasala garam masala in potatoes and make a dough.
Now cut capsicum in round shape and fill it with potato filling.
Heat a non stick pan and grease it with oil butter.
Place the rings and roast it nicely both the sides til the capsicum rings changes it colour.
Serve hot with chappati
