Put yeast, sugar, lukewarm water in a cup and keep covered for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
In a big bowl sieve maida, salt and add active yeast mix, butter, mashed banana and gradually add milk to form a dough.
The dough will be sticky at the beginning but gradually it will become soft and elastic...will take 10-15 min.
Rub oil and keep covered in a warm palce for rising about 1 hour.
After 1 hour take out the dough, again knead for 5 minutes and roll in a 1/2 " thick chappati.
With a doughnut cutter cut out doughnuts.
Again keep them covered half an hour for 2nd rise.
Preheat oven 180C for 10 minutes.
Give them a milk wash and bake 20-25 minutes.
After the top gets light brown remove from oven and cool them on a wire rack.
Heat the cream.
Add the cream in chopped white compound.
Mix until all chocolate chunks melt.
Add your favourite colours and dip the doughnuts in it.
